I've had abusive relationships throughout my whole life. I've been a broken woman my whole life. Always felt unloved and misunderstood.  Then I met Tammy, who became a truly faithful friend in so many ways. She has taught me that I have a purpose in life in MYSELF. I do not need a relationship to find that purpose. I have learned to be sure that Jesus is always by my side. He never leaves me. He is my Lord and Savior, and He is all I need. I never used to believe that. But I do now. 

Tammy took me and 2 other women on a retreat for a weekend. We stayed at a beautiful house on a wooded lot in the country. She blessed us with prayer, food and gifts, journals and scripture, a house Mom, who ministered to us and prayed over us. I had a spiritual awakening from this gift. And one of the best parts of this trip to me was the laughing and sharing with these women. I didn't know the other 2 before, and I found how much connecting with other women really is so gratifying. This weekend really changed me. I am no longer a victim. I am an empowered woman who has not been in a relationship for almost 3 years now. This is a record for me! Best of all is that I am OK! I've got Jesus! 

Daughters with Purpose is a wonderful ministry that is so needed in this world. Tammy has a gift from God to carry out this mission. Her compassion and generosity are 10 fold. Women that are or have been abused, single women need extra help and women who need assurance,  love, healing and praise,need her and her ministry.
